Marsaneix Real Estate

Anthony de Vergt Immobilier commissioned me to produce a photo report on the outskirts of Marsaneix, about ten kilometers from Vergt (south of Périgueux). Classic reportage, aerial views and, for the first time, a virtual tour are on the agenda. I recently equipped myself with a high-end Ricoh camera to produce 360° reports, and this is a good opportunity to get started with virtual tours.
It is a country house, obviously a farm, which has been renovated and converted. Even if there is still work to be done, the whole is pleasant and above all there reigns a monastic calm. The house is located in the middle of a huge forest and the nearest neighbor is several hundred meters away. Large living room with a rather basic kitchen, a mezzanine overlooks the living room, giving access to a bedroom upstairs. From the living room there is access to a small rustic bathroom. A door opens onto a separate living room which itself opens onto a corridor leading to a large bedroom, a bathroom and a wine cellar.
A staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms.
It's a simple house, but the vast grounds contain a lovely pond surrounded by a grove of trees. In short, this is a haven of peace for those looking to escape city life.
